Shipment starts once the order is confirmed. Nova Poshta delivery across Ukraine usually takes 1–2 days; the final timing depends on the route from Kyiv.

• Nova Poshta — branch, parcel locker or courier delivery across Ukraine. Estimated cost starts from UAH 120, according to the carrier's tariff.
• Ukrposhta — delivery to locations not served by Nova Poshta.
• Pickup from the manufacturer's warehouse by prior arrangement with the manager.

• Bank transfer against invoice for legal entities, military units and volunteer organizations.
• Card payment via a secure bank transfer.
• Cash on pickup after checking the contents of the package.

Returns and exchanges follow the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights": requests for unused goods of proper quality are accepted within 14 calendar days, excluding the purchase day, provided their appearance, consumer properties and proof of purchase are retained.
